Our Milestones

  • Incorporated in 2000
  • Mr. Sunil Umrani and Mr. Jatin Kulkarni took control of the company in 2006 and started focusing on FI, ICT projects
  • FI project by IDBI Bank (Pilot project) for Maharashtra and West Bengal
  • 2012 - FI project by Allahabad Bank
  • Won ICT School project (Central Government Scheme) for 850 schools in Maharashtra
  • Shifted to our own state-of-the-art office premises
  • Set up Central Monitoring System in Pune (capable to monitor 15,000 sites across India)
  • Started E-Surveillance business through 100% owned subsidiary
  • Won ICT School project for 545 schools in Rajasthan
  • Acquired majority stake of Aagami Lighting Technologies Pvt. Ltd
  • Awarded 1st Woman BC Project (Bank Sakhi) from Bank of Baroda
  • Added new clients like SBI, Central Bank Of India, Punjab National Bank and Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank
